WHO Director-General launches emergency care campaign

WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreysus introduced the launch of the 25x25 Basic Emergency Care campaign on 6 April 2023.

The 25x25 Basic Emergency Care campaign is designed to close the training gap among nurses and midwives, with the objective of providing access to training for nurses and midwives from 25 partner countries in basic emergency care by the end of 2025.
